my husband and i both had the ginger and sea salt body scrub and the exfoliating w/cucumber facial. Both amazing. Compared to what i saw on the street near by, Lemon Grass Spa is far superior! The staff were friendly but professional, rooms clean. a keyed locker available for your personal items whilst having a treatment. My only disappointment was that time did not allow us to further indulge.
Love it!!only complaint is i cant get enough of it!!!
My hope is that this will draw attention to some faults and they will get resolved quickly.
I'm a bit put-off -- NOT by the product, the product is amazing, GF, all natural, my skin loves it! The company practices and customer service as comparative to home-based businesses of similar product has come into question by me personally.
Customer service leaves little to be desired. Issues that would have been very easy to resolve turned into lost consultants and thousands of dollars over $6.95 shipping???

First, there are no great incentives to purchase in bulk or monthly specials except receiving minimal discounts and/or a small, inexpensive (sometimes sample size) item free. Second, a couple people who have purchased from spa parties I hosted and/or attended have had to exchange product for quality issues, another because they received a different product than ordered. Third, popular products (most recently BB cream in light and medium) come and go - if you don't purchase products when available, it may be months before the product becomes available again. Lastly, contacting customer service is a waste of time! There is NOBODY in Pine, CO who can help you except to refer you to contact your consultant for issues and/or to arrange exchange of product. The consultant will in turn contact customer service in Pine, CO and get the same "story".
This is BY NO MEANS the fault of any consultant!! I know 3 and they are all have great customer service and do their best to please their clients!
I had a party for a new consultant with sales over $500. She was unsure of the process and went to place the order of my $75 free product and two half price items and free shipping. I also was so excited about the product that I signed up to be a consultant as well. Cancelled my sign up and will be returning all products.
