Love that everyone knows my name and is always very friendly to us even when they are stressed out. Love all the ladies who work here and quite frankly I would lose my mind if I had to work behind the counter. Anytime I have had any mail/shipping related issues (which is not often) they can offer advice or figure it out without being rude which I have experienced with other offices. It's a small town office and with more and more people moving up here are a bit slow to the times but it is a usps so what do you really expect people.

Rude & complaing postal staff. The post mistress is the worst! Only one person on the entire staff worth keeping.

Lost mail, uncaring attitude, lying about making a delivery attempt - you name it they do it. The lines inside take forever so I try never to go to the post office! Today they actually left a failed delivery attempt note while we were home and working in the yard!!!

The Pine Grove Post Office is very poorly managed. Last week I found two packages and two pieces of mail that belong to other people at two different addresses other than my address. I contacted the postmaster and complained about the mis-delivered items. The postmaster assured me that she was aware of the problem and that it would never happen again. Today I went to collect my mail from my mailbox. I found 19 pieces of mail in my mailbox. Of the 19 pieces of mail, only 4 pieces belonged to me. The other 15 pieces of mail belong to 3 other people at 3 other addresses than my own address. When you attempt to complain to the post office on their website, you input all the information, then when you click submit, you receive an error message stating that the form could not be submitted and to try again later. When you contact the post office by phone at the 1-800 number and file a complaint, the complaint is taken, then it is given to the postmaster at the post office you are complaining about. The complaint appears to go in the circular file when received and nothing is ever done about it. When you attempt to contact the offending post office, the personnel are rude and state that they do not have time to address a complaint or take down the information.

My last visit I left in tears. I was trying to mail a package to my husband who is deployed, whom I have already mailed 3 packages too, one at that very office. Last time they struggled to figure out how to put the address in the system, and this time one of the same women (who is always kind) tried to do it alone but couldn't. She called over someone I hadn't seen, and she insisted the address was wrong and something was missing. I tried to explain how the address worked and how I'd already mailed to it but she continued to get more aggressive with me. The original woman helping me even told her she had mailed one before but it seem to make her more angry. This was in front of 4 other people waiting patiently behind me. She was so abbrasive and rude that I took my package and said I'd go somewhere else. She seemed more than happy with this but still obviously annoyed. I drove to conifer and their office had it done in less than 5 minutes. This office is completely incompetent, and I will not be coming back. In the 10 minutes I spent with this nasty woman she had me feeling like I was a bother and that I was incompetent. Go somewhere else.
